Turning and milling
We use multi-axis automatic and CNC lathes for turning and milling metal components up to 110 mm in diameter. Our advanced technology ensures precision and quality in every part produced, meeting customers’ technical specifications.
Molding
Our stamping department is equipped with eccentric presses up to 130 tons and a wide range of dies. This enables us to produce high-precision stamped metal components ideal for lighting and furniture.
Electrowelding
Electrofusion welding at AVS ensures strong and durable joints for various metal components. We use advanced techniques to ensure the highest quality of welds, which are critical to the strength and longevity of our products.
Laser cutting and folding
Laser cutting and bending to drawing are carried out with state-of-the-art machinery, enabling the manufacture of complex components with millimeter precision. Our 3000×1500 mm bench ensures efficient and high-quality processing.
Cleaning and brushing
Cleaning and brushing processes at AVS improve the aesthetics and functionality of metal components. We use specialized techniques to remove impurities and give a perfect finish, ready for final assembly.
