Laser Cutting and Precision Bending

Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting department is equipped with a recent 2D Trulaser laser, which offers a maximum working range of 1500×3000 mm. This technology allows us to operate on materials with maximum thicknesses of 10 mm for stainless steel and 15 mm for steel. With this capability, we are able to make high-precision cuts, optimizing processing time and minimizing scrap.
CNC Bending
AVS’s CNC bending department is distinguished by its operational flexibility, enabling the processing of a wide range of materials. Our machines are designed to ensure extreme product customization, effectively meeting the specific needs of our customers. Whether it’s small runs or large-scale production, our team is always ready to offer customized solutions.

Since 1977 we have been designing and manufacturing small metal parts for lighting and furniture.
Turning and milling
AVS uses advanced machinery for turning and milling, ensuring precision and quality in every part produced. Our processes include automatic lathes, multi-axis CNC, sliding headstock and automatic transfer, allowing metal components with diameters up to 110 mm to be machined.
Molding
In our stamping department, we use eccentric presses of up to 130 tons to create metal components of various shapes and sizes. The wide range of available molds allows us to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Electrowelding
Electrofusion welding at AVS ensures strong, high-quality joints for a variety of metal components. We use advanced techniques to ensure that each weld is durable and reliable.
Laser cutting and folding
Our laser cutting and bending department is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of performing cuts and bends with millimeter precision on large sheet metal. This allows us to produce complex, high-quality components.
Cleaning and brushing
Cleaning and brushing processes improve the aesthetics and functionality of metal components. We use specialized techniques to remove impurities and impart a perfect finish, ready for final assembly.
Assembly
AVS’s assembly department combines precisely turned, stamped and cut components to create high-quality finished products. Careful assembly ensures that each part meets the required standards and is ready for use.
