Today A.V.S. has more than 40 automatic machines divided into 5 production departments

Production

Since 1977 A.V.S. has always diversified its investments in the different technical departments. Over the years, this policy has given the opportunity to the company to provide for their customers a great range of components for the lighting and the furniture industries. The current production includes items in brass, iron, aluminum and stainless steel.

Today we have more than 40 automatic machines divided in into 5 production department:

Turning Department: automatic turning machines, CNC multi-axis and sliding headstock, automatic transfer for secondary operation.

Molding Department: eccentric presses up to 130T with more than one hundred molds.

Laser Cut and Bending Department: laser cutting with automatic loading and unloading with 3000 x 1500 mm bench. CNC multi-axis 100T bending machine with a range up to 3000 mm.

Electro – Welding Department: automatic machines for hooks and rod’s production.

Tubes and Chain Department: mechanical bending for the production of chains, cutting, rolling and milling machines. Machines for assembling chains, riveting machine for canopies and special machining for pipes and wires.

On each A.V.S. products are carried out regular quality test by the use of electronic digital calipers, thread plug gauges, isometric screw gauges and digital angle finders.
