[Video] New robotized molding island in AVS

In the following video we’ll show you our new robotized molding island taking some printed items and subsequent packaging.

The island is composed of a piece loading store from which a latest generation anthropomorphic robot picks up the item and moves it into the press for further processing.

The wrought piece is subsequentely picked up and deposited inside cardboard boxes, in which it is tidily placed with special cardboard dividers between one layer and another.

Extreme precision and repeatability guarantee a constant production in terms of quality.

The island can work in perfect autonomy in automatic cycle for 10 consecutive hours.
